Maths is the subject where a small gap turns into a big problem fast. A student who never quite understood fractions struggles with algebra; a student who was rushed through algebra struggles with calculus. Most of the students who come to Mr. Ahmad are not “bad at maths” — they have two or three gaps that nobody went back and fixed.
That is what one-to-one tuition is for. In the first lesson we find those gaps. Then we fill them, in the right order, while keeping up with what school is teaching. By the time exams arrive the student is doing past papers under timed conditions and knows exactly how the marks are awarded.

Frequently asked questions
Do you teach online or in person?
Both. Online lessons run on Zoom or Google Meet with a shared digital whiteboard, and students in Dubai can also have lessons at home. Many Dubai families mix the two.
How long does it take to see results?
Most students feel more confident within three or four lessons, because the first thing we do is fix the gaps that make everything else hard. Grade improvements usually show up at the next school assessment, typically six to ten weeks in.
Which exam boards do you know?
Edexcel, Cambridge (CIE), AQA and OCR for GCSE, IGCSE and A-Level; the IB Diploma for AA and AI; the College Board for AP and SAT. Lessons follow the specific board’s syllabus and mark scheme.
Can you help with the IB Maths Internal Assessment (IA)?
Yes. We work on choosing a topic that suits the student, structuring the exploration, and making sure the mathematics is at the right level, without writing it for them.
